I'm gonna guess I ate about 200 carbs today
including pancakes and some ice cream
some ravioli

bunch of crap..

I hope this shakes things up and see if I can make a headway from here.. either that or I'll be back up to 300 lbs before I know it

So far... so good. But I REALLY gotta get use to drinking the WATER again!!

How did you stop at just 10 pieces of white chedder popcorn?? That is my weakness, its like pringles, once I pop i cant stop!

Strange day today, foodwise.  I felt like a hamster on a wheel going from activity to activity and grabbing what I could on the way.

Weighed in this morning and stayed the same...that's par for the course on week 2 of my plan.  Did lose two more inches though!!

B:  steel oats with 1 Tbsp pumpkin and handful blueberries
      2 slices turkey bacon
S:  celery
L:  tuna fish with light mayo on celery
S:  Hershey bar
D:  McDonald's cheeseburger
S:  Jewelry party tonight....snacked on some carrots and hummus and taco dip and tortilla chips
