L: egg salad sandwich with EZ bread, lite mayo
S: handful almonds
D: 5oz. cube steak
steamed asparagus
Sure hope either Heba or Vicky get booted tonight!!

I was in a huge rush this am, late for school, and this afternoon I havn't felt very good. I think my dd gave me her cold.
B: IsaLean vanilla shake with IsaFruits, extra fiber & extra protein
Gym: 30+ min on elliptical (yay) floor stuff, weights
S: Green tea latte
L: BBQ chicken breast and leg + 3 mandarine oranges

Had only about 80 oz water today
Snacked on some raw almonds in the shell (nope, didn't eat the shells for extra fiber) and had about 4 of these Triscuit crackers that I'm sure have MSG or something because they make me feel funny
Went to class #3 with DD tonight. It was on post-partum care. Now there are two of us Mother-Daughter teams, so Laura doesn't feel as awkward.
Gotta rise at 5, dang it. LONG day tomorrow, which starts with a breakfast meeting at 7am!!! OUCH. I'm hosting our International team call again tomorrow night at 6pm PST. We're hitting on stubborn weight loss in the health coaching portion of the call.
