What did you eat today? 11/17
My day is shot. My daughter had surgery this morning so I didn't want to eat in front of her. So had to eat non-smelling foods early which in my house means carbs. I tell ya, I've been hungry ever since! So todays a flop, but it happens.
B: bagel with nothing on it while driving..lol hiding it from her
L: tried to eat eggs, little burger, and cheese. afterward I was starving still, so had about ten pizza rolls of my husband.
D: husband wants potato soup tonight. I've put it off long enough. It's a carb fest day! :)

1.6lb ain't chicken feed, ya know! I'd be thrilled with that this week (if I see any loss at all). I'm weighing on Wednesday....will let you know the damage after my killer weekend.
