B: Coffee w/cream
L: 1/2 a huge salad w/eggs and turkey (3 carbs)
S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
D: 6 spicy chicken tacos (just the insides) (5 carbs)

2 pieces of bacon

tuna salad (3 oz) w/1/2 hardboiled egg

2 pieces of turkey
1 cup of low carb (home made) chicken soup (dayem good)


if I get hungry late tonight I'll have more soup

45 minutes of cardio

(going all to hell wiff myself today)

My day is shot.  My daughter had surgery this morning so I didn't want to eat in front of her.  So had to eat non-smelling foods early which in my house means carbs.  I tell ya, I've been hungry ever since!  So todays a flop, but it happens.

B:  bagel with nothing on it while driving..lol hiding it from her

L:  tried to eat eggs, little burger, and cheese.  afterward I was starving still, so had about ten pizza rolls of my husband.

D:  husband wants potato soup tonight.  I've put it off long enough.  It's a carb fest day! :)

I'm sorry Mar - I didn't bother taking a picture of my scale this week because I only lost 1.6.  Hopefully next week, I'll hit something big.  When I hit 264 or below, I'm taking a picture of that!!

 Kicking Dirt Fine, Neen.  If that's how you want to be, that's just fine.  But it would be nice if you would at least tell us how much you lost and that you didn't gain or that you at least broke even.  But NOOOOO, we wouldn't want to 'inconvenience' you by requiring too much information.  Far be it from us that we would put you out by caring about your weight loss journey.  OK, I'm done pouting now!

1.6lb ain't chicken feed, ya know!  I'd be thrilled with that this week (if I see any loss at all).  I'm weighing on Wednesday....will let you know the damage after my killer weekend.

      steamed broccoli
      braised red cabbage
S:  Atkins shake
D:  4 oz. pork tenderloin
      braised cabbage  (leftovers finally gone)
S:  SF jello with Reddi Whip

120oz water today...I'll probably need a canoe tonight
