What did you eat today? 11/15 & 11/16 - Weekend Edition

Sat:
B: bacon, egg, and cheese wrap (4 carbs)
L: double cheese burger w/no bun, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, (5 carbs)
D: double cheese burger w/no bun, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, (5 carbs)
S: tea w/cream & sweetener (2 carbs)
carbs: 16
Sun:
B: bacon
L: egg, cheese, bacon wrap w/mayo (4 carbs)
D: fish with garlic herb sauce (2 carbs)
S: jello w/whip cream
tea w/cream & sweetener (2 carbs)
carbs: 8 carbs
I made it through my first week!!! Yay! Go me! I can't wait to see how much i've lost this week! Gonna have to stop by my doctors so I can weigh. If anyone can recomend a home scale that goes up over 430 lbs, please let me know.

Sunday
B: 2 fried eggs
4 breakfast sausages (ate my 2 and then 2 off the kids plates that they didn't eat)
a few bites of their pancakes they didn't finish either
L: 2 small pieces pizza
leftover piece of cake
Junior Mints (whole box)
D: mushroom swiss burger at Fuddrucker's
S: 1/2 cup LF ice cream
Not a stellar weekend. I had my carb up day on Friday and just seemed to continue all weekend long. I weigh on Wednesdays from now on due to carb up/carb down days, but will be lucky to see a loss. Trying not to feel a lot of guilt over all this and just hop back on the wagon here.
