S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: 8 shrimp and 1/4 cup string beans (2 carbs)
D: 7 chicken wings

L: Atkins shake (1 carb)
S: beef jerky (5 carb)
D: double quarter pounder w/cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, NO BUN (5 carb)
S: probably sf jello w/whip cream
     tea w/cream & sweetner (2 carb)

carbs: 19

Made it through day 5!! Yay!! Its getting easier, but I need to figure out quick low carb breakfast & lunch ideas...busy busy busy all day, and all I could come up with is the shakes and jerky to eat...thats gonna get old fast!

B:  steel cut oats with pumpkin

L:  pork tenderloin with stuffing, apple chutney
      green beans with almonds
      mashed potatoes
S:  apple pie
D:  2 pieces pizza
      3 chicken wings

Staff meeting all day today with catered lunch.  Today was my "carb up" day (thank heavens).  All of the above was legal except for the apple pie....not supposed to have sweets until after week 3.

I did my normal "off" Friday.  Not sure why I always blow it on  Fridays.

B:  two cookies....yea..started day off well.  mom brought over cookies last night.  I headed for the fridge for a protien shake and grabbed two cookies instead.

L:  nacho bell grande and half double decker taco....mom wanted taco bell and of coruse I followed suit.

D:  three pieces pineapple pizza.  husband didn't want spaghettie I was plannning on making.
