spaghetti squash

Hey I've heard so much about spaghetti squash and I'm wondering how you cook it? I'm always into trying new things

You can nuke it or bake it.  My spaghetti squash had instructions on a sticker on it.  Neat, right?

If you bake it, you have to split it long ways, scoop out the seeds, and bake it at 375 until it's tender.  Some people pu****er in the bottom of the pan but I never did that.

If you nuke it, I know you have to poke holes all over it with a fork first.

Spaghetti squash is yummy. Try it with coconut oil and a little sea salt. I like baking things, personally. It's fun to run your fork around inside that thing and make squash noodles come out. You probably already know, as I'm just catching up on the forum.
