Didn't really stop and think of it that way..i take a day at a time..and when i see that i have lost after a month..and havent gained..then i take it and start with the next day..or even the next minute..night time snacking is my bad habit..i can get through the day just fine..but when i'm home..its rough..which i think its like that for a lot of us on here..But anyways thank you :)

I will have to take some new pics soon..i dont have any before though of my whole body..just face..not ready for a body one yet though either..i still look in the mirror and just see fat rolls..which i still have them..but its hard for me to see some gone..I'm not camera ***** :) but i will try to get some new ones on here
