1 cup Life cereal
1 cup fat free soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
1 small chicken enchilada with abit of cheese & sauce
1 small beef enchilada with abit of cheese & sauce
1/3 cup refried beans
1/3 cup spanish rice
1 pear
Small raw salad with spinach, grape tomatoes, celery, & baby carrots, with homemade dressing, consisting of 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise & dijon mustard
2 cups water

Dinner
1 cup Fisherman's Wharf Tuna Noodle Casserole, made in crockpot
1/2 can vegetable soup
1 cup fresh strawberries
2 cups fat free soy milk
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar
