Thanks. Yanno..I wrote to Sherrie earlier today. Poor lady gets all my whine letters. :) I don't know how you do it Janina. I have to hand it to all of you that can eat hardly any carbs. I have been trying to limit my carbs even when I was doing calorie counting last week the best I could. This week only having it once a day is killing me. I feel soooo icky, my acid reflux is back, and I feel all greasy and oily. I just can't do it. Once I had an apple with almond butter and green juice I felt so much better. I'm praying I will be able to sleep tonight. It's caused some bad heart burn.
So I hand it to ya. I have thrown in the towel of even attempting. I need my wholesome foods to function! :) I'm not even going to try anymore, it's evidently not for me.
