Thanks.  Yanno..I wrote to Sherrie earlier today.  Poor lady gets all my whine letters. :)  I don't know how you do it Janina.  I have to hand it to all of you that can eat hardly any carbs.  I have been trying to limit my carbs even when I was doing calorie counting last week the best I could.  This week only having it once a day is killing me. I feel soooo icky, my acid reflux is back, and I feel all greasy and oily.  I just can't do it.  Once I had an apple with almond butter and green juice I felt so much better.  I'm praying I will be able to sleep tonight.  It's caused some bad heart burn.

So I hand it to ya.  I have thrown in the towel of even attempting.   I need my wholesome foods to function! :)  I'm not even going to try anymore, it's evidently not for me.

D: steak
     3 celery stalks (3 carbs)
     water
     tea w/cream & sweetner (2 carbs)
S: chocolate atkins shake, hot w/whip cream (1 carb)

Carbs: 10

Survived day 3!! Whoo hoo!

You did awesome yet again Heather.  Keep it up - when you see your weight in a few more days, you'll know that the deprivation is TOTALLY worth it!!

Thanks Janina! Yesterday was terrible, I was soo hungry all day, and I was running around all day, hard to find things to eat.. I need to find a way to bring low/no carb food with me so I have it if I need it. So far today is better, not as hungry not as many cravings. I think if I can make it through this week I'll be ok...I hope the scale shows a big loss!! :-)
