1 cup fat free soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 small baked, breaded fish filet
1/2 cup macaroni & cheese
1/3 cup cooked carrot slices
1/3 cup pear slices
2 cups water
Dinner
Eat out at Jordan's Family Restaurant
I don't know yet what I'll order, but I'll make sure it's something healthy, with no dessert afterwards.
