Congrats on the 3 lb loss, Janina!

B:  1 slice thin crust margherita pizza
L:  4 oz. grilled chicken; 1 cup steamed vegetables; 1/4 cup rice
S:  Voskos 0% greek yogurt w/splenda
D:  Not sure yet but probably 4 whole wheat pitettes w/some swiss cheese

Sometimes I buy high protein, low carb milk to make protein shakes.  It's called Mootopia and is sold at HEB grocery store.  I think other stores have their own brand.  I haven't noticed how low carb it is since I don't count carbs.

L:  Healthy Choice Chicken Marsala Steamer; Green Giant single serving broccoli w/ cheese; 1 orange

S:  12 oz nonfat pumpkin chai; 1/2 peanut butter cookie

D:  Whole wheat spaghetti with marinara sauce and 2 Trader Joe's turkey meatballs
