B: Coffee w/cream
S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: 3/4 cup egg salad
D: 3 oz chicken and 1 link of sausage
S: Whip cream? (3 carbs)

Carbs: 4

I lost 3 pounds this week so I was thrilled, because I have my period and I NEVER do well when Aunt Flo is visiting.  I'm feeling good.

Wow..three pounds AND Aunt Flo is visiting?  Dang girl!  You are doing so well.

I lost two pounds this week even though it turned out to be a bad week. So that's good! :)  My husband can't stick to calorie counting and I really want to find something for him because I'm really concerned about his health.  So I'm playing around with diets the next few weeks to see if we as a team can find one that can suit us both.  So calorie counting is out, and now we are doing Carbohydrate Addict's diet.  He is actually having high hopes for this one, so I'm excited.  No calorie counting and no measuring is good! :)

B:  egg beaters, one piece of turkey bacon

L:  tuna salad

D:  chef salad...not sure if I will have a carb with my RM (reward meal) or not.  Might use it for a latte.  

 Anyone ever try the low carb milk in the store that barely has any carbs in it?  I need to find a way to drink my lattes without it being in my RM, or if it's going to be possible.  

I"m craving salads really bad today.

OMG, Holly, that's one I never even heard of.....thought I had tried them all.  Good for you losing even though you didnt feel the week was a success!  Hope hubby likes this one.

Ever try the new Mocha Latte Atkins shake?  Delicious hot or cold!!

Holly, you did awesome!!  2 pounds is fantastic!!!

And I never heard of low carb milk!!  Where is this stuff???  I want some!!!!

Hi Holly,
They have low carb milk now?? I just started an Atkins program today, but love milk...do you know how many net carbs it has? Or what brand it is/ where you saw it at? Thanks!!

B:  French toast (2 slices EZ bread dipped in 1 egg, 3whites)
     SF syrup
      scrambled egg (remaining of egg mixture from french toast)
      RS ketchup
S:  mocha latte Atkins shake
L:  salad with Romaine, cucumber, red pepper, FF feta cheese, LF balsamic vinegarette
     2 oz. LF turkey breast
     8 slices turkey pepperoni
S:  1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 Tbsp SF strawberry jelly
D:  "spaghetti and meat sauce" 
      diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salsa blended with ground turkey breast over spaghetti      squash
      steamed broccoli
S:  dark chocolate royale Atkins shake (hot cocoa) with Reddi Whip

I usually just stick a fork in it all the way around a few times and put it in the microwave until a fork goes in real easily.  Then you cut it in half and remove the seeds and take a fork and just scrape out the insides (comes out in strands just like spaghetti).  The one I had tonight was quite large and I think old....it took about 20 minutes in the microwave.

I've heard you're supposed to cut them in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, lay then cut side down on a plate and then microwave them.  The one tonight was too hard to get a knife through to do it that way.

It was delicious tonight with the sauce and ground turkey....I was in heaven!
