Breakfast

1 large whole grain bagel with crunchy peanut butter and sugar-free blueberry jam
1 cup soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 small turkey sausage patties
1 wedge-shaped potato cake
1 cheese omelet
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
2 cups water
Dinner
Eat out at Denny's Restaurant
I'm not sure yet what I'll order at Denny's because I haven't been there in a long time. I know one thing for sure - I won't order one of their breakfasts! I'll also take some of my dinner home, if I need to.
