What did you eat today? 11/8 & 11/9 - Weekend edition
B: 1 Low carb tortilla w/2 tblspoons of Peanut butter (10 carbs)
L: Skipped
D: 5 hot wings w/blue cheese dressing (1 carb)
S: Whip cream (3 carbs)
I figured I'd make this a "weekend edition" because we're not around much to post on weekends but I want to stay accountable for what I'm eating.

November 8th:
B: 1 egg, 3 white omelet with mushrooms and shredded cheddar
RS ketchup
S: HB egg
celery sticks
L: salad with Romaine, radishes, mushrooms, cucumbers, shredded cheddar, HB egg and 2oz chicken breast; creamy Caesar dressing
S: 2oz swiss cheese
vanilla Atkins shake with orange extract (tastes like a cremesicle)
D: Wanted to go out and went to three different restaurants but the wait was over an hour each
Ended up going to the store and buying a rotisserie chicken
coleslaw mix and mushrooms in my electric frypan with a little EVVO and soy sauce
S: no snack tonight....need to drink a couple more glasses of water and ate dinner late

Looks like it's just us chickies, Janina. Good luck tomorrow on your weigh in. It's week 1 weigh in for me so I'm expecting a biggie.

Creamy Caesar dressing
S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese with cocoa powder, almond extract, cinnamon, Splenda
D: 6 oz ground turkey breast mixed with leftover stir fried cabbage and mushrooms from last night
Today: much better so far:
2 pieces sourdough toast w/ butter plus 1 c nf milk
4 hour softball game!!!! I am way too old for this **** But what gorgeous day - like 71 degrees
1/2 chicken sandwich on rough fiber bread with mayo/lettuce/tomato + 1 svg wasabi rice chips + 1 c nf milk
Supper: fried chicken + brocolli w/cheese + buttermilk biscuits
If I don't check in tomorrow or all week - i went to SF for a training. Got my walking shoes, swim suit, bariatric foods with me. love ya all.

Saturday - hard to remember but I think I had:
Vicodin
Massive quantities of other meds
BR German Chocolate Cake ice cream
Sunday
Not as much vicodin so I think I remember what I ate:
B: 1 piece of thin crust margherita pizza
S: 1/2 bottle Isopure protein drink
L: Slept through it
S: 1/2 bottle Isopure protein drink
D: 2 oz. grilled chicken; a few bites of steamed veggies; 2 bites rice
