well.. I have no plan right now so i'm not proud of sticking to it............  but DAYEM happy that I saw 203.4 this morning........... although I've hadda take some drastic measures to do it.

I WILL SEE ONEDERLAND THIS MONTH!  NO PRISONERS!  NO GOING BACK!  (Oh gawd, please.. no going back).

I'm invited to a party next week with a bunch of strangers.. grrrrrrr.  There's no way I can lose 30 lbs in the next week... so I'm debating.

Lor, if these ******** are strangers, what the hell do you care what they think?

Plus, ever since she wrote it, I have referred mentally to Erma Bombeck's piece about things I'd do differently..like have people over even though the carpet needs cleaned, the walls need painted.

Live life now, just as it is. You are better than you were spiritually,& physically than what two years ago?  Not many people can say that!

Oh Lori...you are SOOOO close!

Lord, girl, if I waited til I was under 200 to go enjoy life, I might never get there!!

 Now I can just imagine what you would say to one of us who made that statement!  Take some of your own wonderful advice and go have a blast.  (You could always wear a sandwich board that states...I've lost over 100lb....if that would make you feel better.

On Wednesday, i am proud that I performed my wog before work!

I ate very well - lots of greens, good fat, winter squash, some fiber. Kind of ate a little too much at supper - after i went out for one drink (okay it was a double vodka/club soda)...but i refrained from eating ice cream after that!

Good job, Mary! I love a frap once in a while.  Can be done fairly responsibly!

Hi I'm Vickie.  I'm scheduled for lap band surgery on Dec. 1st but today have a new unexpected motivation to lose this wt without surgery.  It just clicked for me that I know the plan that will work for me, I know I can do it, and that I'm starting right now. 

I'm giving myself a week to prove to myself that I can do this.  If so, I'll postpone the surgery.  I'm just proud that I still have any motivation at all left in me, and that maybe I won't have to go through being "stuck" and throwing up, etc. if I follow the path I have chosen.

I'm also proud because I see this today as a lifestyle change, not a diet.  I'm choosing a path for me that I can do for life. 

Motivation feels so good!

Good for you, Vickie!  It certainly is worth a try and you sound motivated.  Feel free to post on our "What have you eaten today"....several of us stay accountable that way.  Good luck to you!!
