D: 10 Hot wings w/blue cheese dressing (4 carbs)
S: 1 oz Almonds (4 carbs)

B:  2 eggs, three turkey bacon...255 cal

S: tiny piece choc, satsuma orange...80 cal

L:  clover sprout, shredded chicken, with two laughing cows, avocado, and a protein drink.. cal...495 (way too many cals)

D:  hamburger patty on lettuce, with mushrooms .....350 cal

S:  latte....110 cal

TOTAL:  1290 calories

B:  1 egg, 3 white omelet with mushrooms and shredded cheddar (I'm in a rut)
      2 radishes (I was fixing my lunch and there were two left over so I ate them)
S:  strawberry Atkins shake
L:  leftover hamburg and cabbage from last night (4 oz. hamburg)
S:  4 oz. chicken breast
      cucumber and radishes
D:  5 oz. broiled salmon
      steamed broccoli
S:  hot cocoa (actually a dark chocolate Royale Atkins shake heated up with a touch of almond extract).....hear it's delicious (also can use rum, butter, peppermint extracts) but haven't tried it yet.

No cravings today!!  Also 100 oz water

OMG....just had that hot "cocoa" and it's AMAZING!!!

Atkins Advantage Dark Chocolate Royale protein shake heated in microwave to desired temp....with a squirt of Reddi Whip.  ******ic!!!!   (and only one carb)

I've found my night time snack for the winter.

I'm going to have to try that.  I have a few Atkins shakes here.  Actually have a pantry full of mixed protein drinks.lol  But I've never thought about warming them up!  I have a problem where I can't drink cold things at night (including water).  If I do I tend to freeze all night long and not even be able to sleep for the first few hours in bed.  So this might just be my winter night snack also if it works.
