2 cups water

Lunch
1 large all-beef kosher hot dog
1/2 cup baked beans
1/3 cup mixed vegetables
1/3 cup fruit ****tail
11.5 oz. water

Dinner
1 cup leftover "beef" and barley vegetable soup
1 cup whole grain pasta
1 cup strawberries
2 cups soy milk
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar
