Well when I eat M&Ms (and they must be dark chocolate), I usually eat a handful and not just three.  Yesterday my only reason for eating them was to try to get the horrible antibiotic taste out of my mouth.  Didn't work with 3 of 'em so I didn't figure it would work with a handful of 'em. LOL

Yessss!  Neen, i am still on cloud nine for you!

Today:

10 min meditation before work Go Obama....

1 tsp coconut oil + 2 c greens in pink protein drink with 1/2 c grapefruit juice

1 string cheese

Intermittant pieces of chewy candy, small pieces

L:  1 c hi pro tomato soup + 75 cals of tofu turkey + 1 tsp mayo + 1 slice ezeke bread lots of raw spinach

1 apple

45 minute big hill wog

Supper: 1 c red potatoes fried in coconut oil, 3 ounces rotisserie chicken, 1.5 c raw tomatoes/fresh mozz/basil/balsamic vinegar

I did better with fruits and vegetables today.

Breakfast
- Egg white omelette with broccoli, tomato, red pepper, and a little shredded mozzarella
- Half of a small protein cereal bar
- 16 oz of fresh-brewed iced tea with Splenda

Lunch
- Baked grouper
- A cup of steamed green beans
- A cup of brussels sprouts sauteed in a little olive oil
- 16 oz of fresh-brewed iced tea with Splenda
- 1 regular size Reese's peanut butter cup

Dinner
- Small baked chicken breast with a splash of ginger teriyaki sauce
- 1.5 cups of mixed lettuce leaves with a tablespoon of vinaigrette dressing
- 3/4 oz slice of gouda
- A small Macoun apple
- 16 oz of water

Snack
- Two cups of strawberries
- Skinny Cow peanut butter chocolate ice cream sandwich
- 16 oz of water


Original goal: lose 53 lbs.  New goal: lose 68-78 lbs total.

Off my 2-day cleanse back to food!

B: IsaLean shake with greens, extra protein, and fiber
*GYM* Did 30 min on the elliptical and burned 300+ calories! Came home and had a tiny little pear
S: 1/2 IsaLean bar - chocolate dipped honey peanut
L: IsaLean cream of chicken soup
S: 2nd half of the IsaLean bar - too good to be what it is
D: Tuna salad and a pear
S: two little wheat pita chip things and a few raw almonds

Yippity skippity I feel a little black dress comin' on
