L: 1/2 cup pulled pork w/o bbq sauce (it was gross too)
D: Roasted chicken thigh, leg
     1 cup salad (4 carbs)
S: Whip cream (3 carbs)

Carbs: 7

      smidge of butter
      RS ketchup
S:  strawberry Atkins shake
L:  salad with Romaine, radishes, cucumbers, 4oz chicken breast
      O&V dressing
S:  HB egg
      chocolate Atkins shake
D:  6oz hamburg mixed with shredded cabbage (coleslaw mix), mushrooms, soy sauce and Taco seasoning
      1 cup steamed broccoli
S:  1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 tsp cocoa, almond extract, cinnamon and Splenda

90 oz water

Thanks, Janina!  This program I'm doing is very much like Atkins the first week.  Then they add the carbs back in...it's a carb cycling program.

All I can say is I don't know how you do this week after week!!  I could never keep my carbs this low and last....I give you a lot of credit!

I do your dinner thing, except no taco seasoning. Love it.

D:  tenderloin, and yam with butter.....550 cal

How in the hell can you stop at three M&M's?  Three?  Was it worth it??LOL  That is just a big teaser to me! I don't know how you do it.
