B: Toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter

My diet sucks. First time in my life that I can hardly even make myself eat.

Today:
1 egg + 1 c coffee + 1/c nf milk + 2 tsp cocnut oil
1//4 c walnuts + 1/2 c colon blow cereal + 1 c hot cocoa hi protein
L: 1 pkt hi fiber oats
snack: 1 slice ezeke bread + 2 tsp pb
1 svg pretzels - damn DH had them out, me, weak.
Supper: 1 c potato casserole + 1 c fried zuccini and fried green tomatoes
Today:

What well-balanced day, Sherrie. I wish I normally ate that many vegetables.
I almost always eat breakfast, but none today. I don't usually have two frozen meals in a day either.
Lunch
- Lean Cuisine macaroni & beef
- Two sticks of low fat mozzarella string cheese
- 3 or 4 oz of baby carrots
- Small Honeycrisp apple
- Water
Snack
- Small whole wheat bagel
- 1 oz of low fat cream cheese
- Water
Dinner
- Weigh****cher's pot roast
- 1/4 cup reduced fat Italian blend shredded cheese
- About 1.5 cups of asparagus
- Water
- Skinny Cow chocolate peanut butter ice cream sandwich
Snack
- Balance Bar mocha chip bar
This all comes in at around 1400 calories, which is what I try to keep to (at least on weekdays - I tend to eat a bit more on weekends). I'm lazy about eating fruits and vegetables and seem to only talk about eating more (yet never get around to the *doing*). I don't usually drink enough water either.

Original goal: lose 53 lbs. New goal: lose 68-78 lbs total.

My new water trick is to suck down 20 oz as soon as i rise, then another 20 right after my shake. 20 between breakfast and lunch, 20 after lunch, and 20 at about 4 - 5pm. That way, there's 100 and I don't have to pee like a race horse at night. If I drink another glass after dinner, I get proud of me. I don't count my cups of green tea as water, either. That's new, and it's working. The water when you rise thing is amazing. I heard about it on Facebook, tried it, and it's just amazing. Not sure why.

Since Sunday I've been on a liquid cleanse. Seems my relaxed way of eating, although it was healthy foods, brought a few unwanted visitors mostly around my belly. So... after my birthday I went on a 2-day cleanse. Granted, I started on Saturday eleminating all unneccesary food.
I dropped 6 pounds between Saturday and this morning (tues).
So my "what did you eat" would be boring... I did the Cleanse for Life drink 4 X a day with copious amounts of water. Along with that there are little snacks which are a balance of fat, carb, protein, and you can have organic raw things like almonds, apple slices, maybe a bowl of greens.
Down 6 lbs, back at goal (woo). Feel good today, and heading for the gym. We only make it 2 days a week lately, but this week I'm determined to get there 3 times.
