- I lost 4.4 pounds this week!!
- I beat my Thanksgiving Day Goal by 2 pounds, 3 weeks early!!!
- I have lost more weight then I have left to lose
- I'm over half way done so I'm no longer climbing up-hill
- I fit into clothes from Victoria's Secret and bought two sweaters from there!!!

That just brought a tear to my eye.  You've works so hard, I'm soooo glad your finally seeing some results.  And Vicotria Secret too!  GO YOU!!  I love their clothes, can't wait to fit back into them!  I'm jealous. :)  

Keep it up, your doing amazing.  And what a feeling, all DOWN HILL NOW!!!! WHOOOHOOOO!!!!

B:  two eggs and three bacon, with v8 juice....300 cal

L:  spinach with half avocado, clover sprouts, garlic,  green onion, tomato, with chicken muenster sausage......390 cal

D:  gourmet veggie pattie, 5 oz yam, and cauliflower.....360 cal

S: latte....110 cal

Total.... 1160 calories

Janina....I am so HAPPY for you!!  You have worked so hard and been so diligent even when the scale wasn't cooperating.  I give you kudos for sticking with it....you deserved your Whoosh!  And with socks on even....who knows that could have been that .2lb!

Okay....being accountable here.  Started Wendy Chant's Crack the Fat Loss Code back in July and went from 270 to 258 in three weeks.  Then my usual MO....found a plan that worked so managed to sabotage myself.  Well, here it is three months later and I've gained back all that weight plus more.  Starting CTFLC again today and motivated to be 100% this time for the 8 week program.  Will update my ticker (much as I hate to) and be accountable from here on in with weekly weigh-ins. and daily meal plan.  Janina....you have motivated me!

B:  1 egg plus 3 whites omelet with 1 tsp butter, mushrooms and shredded cheddar
      1 tsp. RS ketchup
S:  strawberry Atkins shake
L:  salad with Romaine, radishes, cucumber, mushroom
     4oz. chicken breast
     O&V dressing
S:  chocolate Atkins shake
D:  6 oz. broiled tilapia with lemon
      1 cup steamed broccoli
      10 spears steamed asparagus
S:  1/2 cup cottage cheese with Splenda, cinnamon, almond extract
