Avocados

Actually I have two questions. 

First...avocados.  I know some docs think you should stay away from them while trying to lose weight.  Others of course think they are fine, because they have lots of good fat.  I LOVE avocados, I could eat them daily if I would let myself.  Just wanted your guys input on this subject.  Think it would stall my weight loss?  Or just once or twice a week?   Maybe I'm reading too much into it.  It just seems this is one veggie that so many people think differently on.  What's your thoughts on them?

Also...other than spark recipes does anyone know of a really good online recipe builder that actually includes the calories and  thier nutrient content?

  Avocado's...  I think they're fine to eat.  It's healthy fat and your body needs it.  Definitely a "yes" food. 

And no, the only one I know of is spark recipes.  Sorry chicky...

Sounds like they're a healthy option and a good fat.

I love avocados and they are healthy for you but they are also calorie dense imo so I try to only use a quarter or a half in a salad when I do use them.
