This was a better day than most for getting in fruits and vegetables, but I need to try harder. Over time, you'll also see my complete dependence on convenient foods. If I cook, it's once in a blue moon on my Cuisinart Griddler (which is a fantastic appliance).
Breakfast
- Wonderslim Fudge Graham Crisp & Crunch Bar
- Water
Lunch
- Small Lender's whole wheat bagel
- Amy's Texas style veggie burger
- 1/3 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
- Ketchup and four Mrs Fanning's bread and butter pickle chips
- Package of frozen Green Giant "Immunity Boost" mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, and red and yellow peppers in a very light olive oil sauce)
- Water
Snack
- Baby carrots
- Honeycrisp apple
Dinner
- Kashi Chicken Pasta Pomodoro meal
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Water
- Skinny Cow chocolate fudge ice cream cone
Snack
- 1/2 light whole grain English muffin
- 1 reduced fat mozzarella string cheese stick
- Water
