Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup spoon size shredded wheat
1 cup fat free soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Small chicken filet with honey balsamic sauce
1/3 cup wild & white rice
1/3 cup cooked broccoli
1/3 cup apple crisp dessert
2 cups water
Dinner
Moderate portion of homemade whole grain Spicy Chicken Pizza from Betty Crocker Diet cookbook
1/2 cup vegetable soup
1/4 cantaloupe
2 cups apple cider (tradition for Halloween night)
3 scoops sugar-free, low fat Moose Tracks ice cream
Tonight, before dinner, we will give out candy to the kids coming to our front door in costumes. This is also a tradition for us for Halloween, and for my birthday!
