um.. I dunno.. got ground beef w/peppers and onions and chili powder on the stove.. maybe it'll turn into chili.

S2:  half a low carb wheat tortilla toasted with Power Peanut Butter and chocolate 
       and cinnamon spread

D: Ham loaf pizza with brown sugar mustard glaze and barbecue sauce, caramelized  onions and farmer's cheese on 1/2 low carb flatout wrap

S3: 1 cup black raspberry Only8 fro yo



(Hey, now-- I am soooo eatin' tomorrow! Having a Reeses cup-- and a half a caramel apple...and dinner at the Outback! (It's one of my regularly scheduled holidays! :)

I think you guys might be seriously undereating and it sorta weirds me out. I am no longer very malabsorptive, and if I ate what you all did I'd be dead! You sure such super low cal diets are beneficial? I wonder if the undereating might work against you. Ever have your RMR tested?

I wish I could get Only 8 fro yo (I think there's one place in Houston but it's very far from my house).

Hey Shar - I don't know how many calories I'm eating a day (for example, I had half a cup of chicken salad, but I don't know the calories in that at all).  I think I'm okay because I'm still losing weight (at a glacial pace, however, but moving on...). Think I should bump up my snacks?

I think you need to start getting science on your side-- have your RMR tested and you'll know for sure what you can eat in a day and what you need to eat to lose. If yo're eating wayyyy under your RMR you'll conserve and not lose.

ETA: Here's some places I think are in your area where you can have it tested-- contact them-- it's usually about $60.

Hi neen! I will eat no candy! I may have one lil ole drinkie poo...me and my DD are going downtown after the kiddies T&T to dance. I may only stick to water and drive her around, we'll see.

Today was a good day (need more fiber):

20 minutes asanas, ball work

1 egg + 1 c 1% milk + 1 tsp cocnut oil

1/2 protein bar + banana

L:  1/2 c beef soup, some noodles in it, cabbage. Cappacino drink

1/2 protein bar, some almonds

Mondo walk after work: 1 hour up a big hill

Supper: chicken fry rice, bok choy

B:  Toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana
L:  Had a meeting during lunch and they served Potbelly sandwiches, chips, cookies, potato salad - so not worth the calories so I ate 1/4 turkey sandwich (w/cheese and lettuce - no mayo, mustard - I hate mayo and mustard!)
S:  Voskos 0% greek yogurt w/splenda
D:  Small baked potato with 1/2 oz. cheese

L: IsaLean creamy chicken soup

S: HUNGRY - IsaLean chocolate shake

D: Convection baked chicken thigh, skinless/boneless with lightly steamed green beans topped with coconut oil and raw almonds, sprinkled with 'Spike' seasoning, steamed Trader joe's fire roasted corn, glass of wine.

I had 40 oz of water before 9am today. Went on to drink copious amounts of the stuff today. Had a nice zen tea at Starbucks while meeting with a potential new business partner who works with women with eating disorders. YAY!

Saturday is birthday #51. Woo!

PS: If I did count calories, the Isa meals add up to about 750, then add in the dinner. It was certainly yummy. The wine doesn't count. ;-)
