L: 1 cup chicken salad
S: Shaved turkey slices
D: Brisket w/veggies (8 carbs for gravy & veggies)
S: Almonds (4 carbs)

d.  I'm guessing it was about 4 - 6 oz of filet mignon
     2 double stoli's w/lime juice

I'm gonna have me a diet 7up before bed

L:  1 cup black bean tortilla soup; 1 cup lettuce; 7 croutons

D:  1/2 bag of smartfood white cheddar popcorn

1 lean pocket..spinach artichoke chicken
1 broccoli and cheese singles... HO HO HO Green Giant
1 small bag chili cheese fritos
10-15pcs 6" licorice
10oz Lemonade
6.25oz juice
1 diet dr. Pepper
32 oz frozen cappucino
1/2c cho**** cream
1 turkey burger w/ cheese on 2pcs ww bread

OMG! I ate alot. Last night I rode my sta. bike 5 miles. Didn't repeat it tonight but should have.

Hi Baneener!

Today was a great day food wise for me!

20 minutes floor exercises, asanas

1 egg + 1 c hot milk /coconut oil + coffee

1/2 protein bar

L:  1/2 pita pocket + 1 ounce turkey patty drenched in greek yogurt + black olives + 1 c hi pro tomato soup

1 banana, few walnuts

donated blood, so had 1 ounce cheese + 1 c tomato juice, few crackers

Supper: 1.5 c ham/potato casserole + 3/4 c tomatoes, fresh + 1/2 **** cream w nuts
