1 cup coffee

Lunch
1/3 cup chicken alfredo with broccoli & fettucini noodles (very little chicken)
6 thin slices chicken breast lunch meat
1/3 cup cooked peas & carrots
1/3 cup cherry crisp dessert
2 cups water
Dinner
2 thighs leftover chicken
1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine
1 cup leftover chili
1 cup sliced strawberries
2 cups fat free soy milk
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar (similar to a Klondike bar, guilt-free)
