Happy Birthday to me!

Happy Birthday to ME...  Happy birthday to meeeeeee.. happy birthday to me!

.. and I'm not eating any cake

 ...  and I'm not going out for some special sinfully decadent meal

  ...    and I'm not having extra whipped cream in my coffee


I am officially in my "late" 40's (46) and I will do my do today like everyday. 


Yesterday I got a random 210 early in the day...  by night it was 211 and change..  I'll take it and not complain for just a few days ago it was 224.

You share a birthday with my daughter, Laura! Interesting. She's turning 22 today, and we'll do dinner tonight with some of her friends.

Yanno what I did?

I went to the gym tonight.. did my cardio.. then said "Andrew.. today is my birthday... we're going out to dinner"..  and we went out!  I had filet mignon medium rare.. no sides and two double stoli gimlets (which are wearing off about now) :(

I bought myself a dozen roses...

and I've been chatting in IM's with the blues man (want that for my birfday)  LOL

Sounds like you had a good birthday celebration!  It doesn't surprise me you didn't have any sides but I'm one of those people who love to go to the best steakhouse in town and only order sides....yumm!!  Oh, was Andrew your "side"?!
