S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: 1/4 cup shrimp salad (didn't like it)
    1 1/2 cup salad w/ balsamic dressing (4 carbs)
    1 cheese stick (1 carb)
D: 3 oz roasted chicken thigh
    1/2 cup veggies (2 carbs)
S: 1 oz almonds (4 carbs)

Carbs: 12

Wore flat shoes today  :::sigh:::

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana
L:  1 cup black bean tortilla soup; 1 cup lettuce; 7 croutons
S:  0% greek yogurt w/splenda
D:  Probably 1 or 2 crackers

1c homemade veggie soup
20 veggie crackers
2 sm apples
8oz fruit juice
32oz V8 fruit juice
1 whopper jr
1 sm order onion rings
lots of cough drops
too many doritos....I fed a craving

Exercise: hardly any
