Abstinence - 200th Day
Breakfast
1 banana
1 cup raisin bran
1 cup fat free soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 medium wings roasted chicken without skin
1/3 cup white rice
1/3 cup fruit ****tail
1/3 cup mixed vegetables
2 cups water
Dinner
1-1/4 cups leftover Nothing-To-It Chili
1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 package sliced strawberries; 1-1/2 cups fat free soy milk

I attend a weekly meeting of Overeater Anonymous, which has helped me to eat healthier foods and cut down on my portion sizes. Without that, I'd be lost. I also started seeing an eating disorder psychologist yesterday, to deal with my childhood & adulthood issues, which have kept me obese for years.

I'm really glad you replied back. I just went to an OA meeting tonight. Had 10 days abstinent then over ate at dinner last night. I was trying to do it on my on yet again. It's amazing how I'm unable to recall how much pain overeating causes me prior to picking up the first compulsive bite. That's why I need meetings. I can not do it alone.
It was good to be at a meeting. I'm following a plan from a nutritionist which is 3 healthy balanced meals a day a 2 planned snacks. For the most part I've been feeling free which is such a blessing.
So, I'm going to bed now. A great day free from compulsive overeating. I'm really grateful. It's nice to "talk" to you. Thanks for sharing and I hope to meet up with you again some time.
