1 cup fat free soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
1 small pork riblet steak with barbeque sauce
1/3 cup baked beans
1/3 cup cooked pear cubes
1/3 cup cooked corn
2 cups water

Dinner
1 pork chop, grilled
1 baked white potato with margarine
1/2 can vegetable soup
1/2 package blueberries
1-1/2 cups fat free soy milk
