B: Coffee w/cream
S: Atkin's Shake (1 carb)
L: 1 cup chicken salad (0 carbs)
D: 3 oz London Broil
    1 cup salad w/vinagar & oil dressing (3 carbs)
S: 1 oz Almonds (4 carbs)

Carbs: 8

I only lost .8 this week.  I was disappointed.  Maybe next week I'll do better.  But... I'm only 2 pounds from my Thanksgiving Day Goal.  Yay me!

I had a piece of chocolate cake today...yup I sure did! Uh and thats it.

2 hours at the gym tonight

8oz blueberry grape juice...natural, no sugar or high corn syrup fructose
1 grilled ham and cheese

Exercise; aiming for 5 miles on the sta. bike

S: 5 oz Fage 0% yogurt with 1/4 cup Kashi Go Poop™ and blueberries with sf blueberry sauce

D: Chicken and 50% cabot cheddar toasted on whole wheat tortilla with garlic mustard, 1/2 cup chicken tortilla soup
S: Another piece of protein pumpkin spice cake with nuts and vanilla cream cheese icing
S: cup of Only8 Frozen Yogurt with 0 cal chocolate sauce and toasted hazelnuts

I too am on the fiber bandwagon!  had a not great read on my last colo...pre-cancer and start of pockets. I have to get back up on my game there. II buy Protidiet stuff...did not realize the cereal bars have that much fiber...gotta trot over there.

I'll be starting a Bariatric Cheater Recipe webpage in the next couple months and I'll let you know when it launches! Eggface does quality recipes-- I do cheap, on the run, lowfat and artificial ingredients and better-living-through chemistry type stuff. ;)

I dig the ProtiDiet bars. Fiber's hard for me to get without jacking up the carbs.

Sig? He's down about 130 pounds now-- has about 60-70 to go. I'm around 161(dropped 208 so far) and still losing-- at about 155 I'll stop-- I have a lot of extra skin to have removed so I can't drop too low. I'm supposed to be 138ish when all is said and done, but-- whatevs. I'll take good health in whatever shape it comes in.
