What did you eat today - Sunday 10/26/08

B: Toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1 banana; meds
S: Nothing
L: 1 cup of black bean tortilla soup
S: 1 dip of BR german chocolate cake ice cream - it's a seasonal flavor at BR so I bought a hand-packed 1/2 gallon and will ration it.
D: Not hungry; will probably eat 1 or 2 Carr's crackers so I can take meds
1 english muffin
2tsp cinnamon raisin peanut butter
2c chicken noodle soup
6 pistachio crisp
2/3 toasted coconut macadamia nut granola bar
1 peanut butter chocolate chip granola bar
4 fruit juice (100 cal each)
Exercise: none really. My legs are mega sore from going to the zoo yesterday. OMG! My calves are so tight. It's a good kind of awful. lol

Oh wow.. I probably ate EVERYTHING yesterday.. I pigged out! Fine.. calorie up day, that's the way I'm looking at it. I'll burn most of it off between today and tomorrow's work out. What the hell.. yanno?

2 pieces of almost burnt bacon lol
Leftover tuna salad made w/celery, onions and mayo.. I really don't know how much.. let's say equivalent to a 6oz can
Made a pork roast for dinner and picked on that.. a piece here.. a piece there. I also ate the broccoli and tomatoes that were leftover after making Jon's plate and his lunch for today. I just ate it out of the pan.

I made a box of fat/sugar free banana pudding w/half n half and heavy cream... I probably had 2.5 servings of that at 6 carbs per serving.\
Oh.. late at night I had some oscar meyer turkey w/tomatoes and onions
I was a MAJOR eater.. and I slept better.. so it was worth having it lay on me for a few hours sleep.
