Well i haven't wrote on the board lately..so I thought I would today. I was boiling some cabbage earlier and got to thinking..the cooler weather is here..and i know when its cooler out..i love soup!! So i thought i'd share..i made a pot of soup last week for work..to eat on all week..heres the recipe..


Cabbage
baby carrots-fresh ones is what i use
can of diced tomatoes
can of rotel

It is spicy..so you could even do it with maybe a half of can of rotel..or just leave the rotel out. And you can put in as much as you want..just depends on how much you are wanting to make. I got this recipe from a lady at work..she doesnt always make hers the same..once she put noodles in it..and some sausage..polish sausage.So anyways..its a good recipe i think..not a whole lot of fat thats for sure..i hope that everyone is doing good..not much news on the weight loss..i havent weighed in weeks..cant tell you the last time that i weighed. I may weigh in the morning or wait until next weekend. But i am having people notice more so i guess i am still losing. My sister noticed yesterday..and she made a comment..so hopefully i will keep on losing..just trying to stay busy..i am still on the phentermine..but i havent taken it in 2 or 3 days..but anywho! Hope everyone is doing good..and i'll keep reading posts :)

Glad to see you posting and glad to hear things are going well!  I  soup.  In fact I plan to make some black bean tortilla soup today.  Thanks for sharing your soup recipe.  I'll try it sometime.
