The board (well this board) was very slow yesterday.  Everyone must have been out enjoying the fall weather.  I've been sick since my last surgery (and another unplanned surgery) so I slept ALL day yesterday.  I guess the week caught up with me.  Hopefully today will better; it has started off better.

I didn't eat much since I slept all day but here it is:

B:  2 bites of a plain biscuit; massive doses of antibiotics
S:  nada
L:  nada
S:  nada
D:  4 pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese; massive doses of antibiotics

I had a hard time going to sleep last night because I slept all day so I "entertained" myself with all the drama over on the R&R board.

You know, all the stuff in the pm I sent you - basically had to have my boobs removed (after they had just been put in); a resistant mycobacterial infection; I look like crap; and I feel like crap most of the time.

D: Applebees Weigh****chers selection tilapia with spicy stuff... cajun, I believe

GUESS WHAT!!!! We had little masked visitors in our house last night. WEIRD. Got up and the cat food had been scattered, the kitten food totally eaten, and the cats' water dish muddied. YEP, raccoons. IN the house. We have a cat door. We're figuring it out... this can't be allowed to continue. It was scary to think of them having admission to the house like that.

Ooohhh, raccoons can be vicious!  My parent's dog got into a fight with a raccoon years ago and it wasn't pretty.  I saw a racoon last night while walking RoseBud at the park and it scared the crap outta me, especially since I can't run!
I have a doggy door and haven't ever had any critters come through except for dead ones the dogs brought in (possums).  eeeewwwww
I hope you get rid of 'em soon!

Thanks, Kim~

What freaked me out was that it was (or THEY were) in the house! What if they panicked and didn't find their way back out the kitty door??? It was so weird to think we might have met them in the hallway when we got up!!! I used to put dog food on the deck railing for the crows, and attracted raccoons. When the dog was alive, she'd chase them off, since her bed was up on the deck. Hopefully the half-blocked cat door will work to let the cats in/out but not the critters.

4 fried chicken wings (chinese style)
D: 3 scrambled eggs w/cheddar
1 turkey breakfast sausage (1 carb)

That's crazy about the racoons in your house.  Omg... Imagine if you woke up to a slew of them in your kitchen???

Well, I guess maybe my next day's post on "what did you eat today" would then be:
B: Raccoon stew with toast.
S: ..  ha ha ha ha

I can't IMAGINE waking up to a kitchen full of little masked bandits. I'd be torn between "OOO how cute" and "OOOOO MYYYYYY GOSHHHHHH get me out of here"
