What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?

Hah, I'm proud that my DH is still ALIVE and I didn't kill him!  Last week, he started the tractor and didn't realize my BIL had left it in gear and it ran over his foot and twisted his thigh muscle when it pulled him to he ground.  Scared the hell outta me!  So for the first five days I was babying him and waiting on him hand and foot all while putting in wood floors and now painting the laundry room.  Somehow, I suspect that he is in the milking it stage cuz I have to stop and do everything for him.  Let me just say...it gets to be a little grating when I know that he can do for himself. I've even stayed on my plan while going through all of this...so I'm way proud of that...this is usually my excuse to eat Shrimp Po'boys!

OHhhhhhhh Mary.. that IS a major proud!  I've always found it interesting that big, strong, capable men can manage to milk even a belly ache..    but we can't!  LOL 

On a different note.. I'm glad he's ok.  That could have been.. well. you know what it could have been................  Amen...

I'm proud that I did an hour and 15 on the treadmill before an hour and 15 of hardcore weights.. took no prisoners!

I'm proud I actually got UP and made Andrew the apple pancakes I promised him and brought them to the gym.. cause he was really hungry.  :(

I'm proud I'm working on my 5th bottle of water.

Proud that I was down to 214 tonight..... now I'm praying for momentum!  LOL

Hey you, sounds like you had one helluva proud Friday!     And I'm glad to see your scale is making an attempt to be reasonable.  Five bottles of water...YOU make me proud!
