B: Coffee w/cream
S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: 3 cheese sticks (3 carbs)
S: 1/2 low car tortilla w/PB (6 carbs)
D: Buffalo Wings (3 carbs)

Carbs: 13

about 5 cups of coffee w/splenda and sf french vanilla..  2 of 'em had sf whipped cream
Ya I know.. that sucks 

4 oz of fatty ground beef with a tsp of low carb ketchup and a tsp of mayo

don't know if or what for later...
(Editing to add the later)  OH boy.. definitely feel like I overdid it

1.5 Italian sausage links
1 serving of oscar meyer shaved turkey (45 cal) and one ounce of cheddar with a smudge of mayo on it.

total of about 5 bottles of water
1 diet snapple

Gym:  an hour of cardio...  just about ditched Andrew completely this week..  muscles are recovering so maybe the break from weights for the last few days is good.

My intestines are starting give me problems again.. my pain is returning and I'm feeling crappy overall, which is leading me to believe that my infection might be coming back :(  Gotta a call into the doc.  I suspect another 2 weeks of anitbiotics is in my future.

That being said, food has been pretty much repulsive to me.  I had some chili (go figure.. the only thing that sounded remotely good).

Bee reakfast (ha ha ) was a vanilla IsaLean shake with an ounce of Ionix Supreme in it

Lunch: IsaLean tomato soup (didn't know the water dispenser was unplugged. The soup was luke warm at best but it's so good.)

Snack: organic apple / few raw almonds

Water water water water

Dinner: Salmon burger with 1/2 baked potato topped with coconut oil and a glass of Isagenix Greens to drink as our veggie as we're both too tired to go get some veg.

I'm wiped out after 4 days of non stop racing around, while fighting off a cold.

Hi neen!!!!

My day was MUCHO better yesterday:

1 hi pro cappacino + 2 tsp cocnut oil + 2 tsp psyllium

1 apple

L:  1 c high pro soup + 1.5 c veggies

snack:  1/2 hi pro bar


a massive wog in hills:  55 minutes.  wogged so hard my asthma kicked up

Supper: 4 ounce burger on grill with provolone cheese, mayo, few tater tots, 1 c spinach salad w/ bacon dressing

went to bed feeling lean and mean
