Breakfast
1 banana
1-1/4 cups Cream of Wheat
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Lunch (Healthy Choice meal plus lunchmeat)
A few medallions of turkey plus 6 very thin slices of turkey breast lunchmeat*
1/3 cup stuffing
1/3 cup mixed vegetables
1/3 cup cherry crisp dessert
2 cups water
Dinner
1-1/4 cups Nothing-To-It Chili
1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can pineapple chunks
Diet root beer
*Sometimes these frozen meals don't give you a big enough serving of meat protein to satisfy me. That's why I supplemented it with turkey breast lunchmeat.
