hence why I was frantic to post it!!!! LOL!   Face & thin are two words that never fall into the same sentence when it comes to me :)

Well.. I only gained .06 THIS week LOL  I gained 2 pound from laying in bed for 3 weeks.  BUT... I didn't eat anything for probably over a week of that... so when you think about it.. I feel like I got robbed.  I should have come out 20 pounds lighter LOL

I did an hour in the gym even though I really didn't want to at all.. so I'm proud of that.  Thought I was gonna quit after 15 minutes, but then the 2 guys that I chat with came around.. one got on the treadmill next to me, the other was standing on the floor in front of the two of us.. and we chatted and laughed through the rest of the hour..  so, I'm greatful to them for keeping my mind off of the exercise.

Guess I'm gonna hit the shower..  didn't want to get up this morning and make Jon's lunch, so I gotta make some chicken salad and bring it to his work before lunchtime.

Proud I forced the water in me yesterday.  My weight went all the way up to like 224 again.. it's on the decline again right now...  um.. hit 219.8 this morning.. 220..  Gawd, I'm just gonna lose it..  I just so want this fat off of me and I can't do it - and not for the lack of trying either.  I almost wish I WAS overeating and not exercising.. at least I'd have a reason.

My test results came back all good.  A1c is only 5.8, thyroid is normal..  there's no physical reason that this is happening that he can see.. so I'm on my own.  I already mentioned that my doctor/friend told me to stop taking in any fat.. go straight protein.  I still haven't done anything about that yet.   I think I'm tired.

Lor, your body is a real freakin study! You should ask to BE studied by some entity.

I never got back to post about your all protein diet idea, but maybe you do need to shake things up a bit. I know how good my body is at adapting to anything i do 2x in a row.

Yea.. guess I better get on it *sigh*.  I guess I either gotta order some medi-fast or go to the grocery store  .. just get off my lazy ass and do it.

I'm proud to hear that you are sucking down tha****er.  It's so important for weight loss, but even moreso for a diabetic.  Speaking of which, I think you need to see a 'Special Specialist' to get to the bottom of your fluid issues.  Hey, maybe you could donate your body to science early, and let them figure it out.  Ummm....maybe not.

So it took TWO MEN to keep you at the gym yesterday, huh?  How cool is that???  I say, whatever it takes to keep you motivated, no?  Especially when you are growing weary of getting the job done...but it happens to the best of us.  Maybe I'll join a gym just for the um...motivation!

I SURVIVED Sunday through Wednesday, and I'm proud of that!!! A dinner at my home for about 10 on Sunday, welcoming the health coach from Montana, and then three days of nonstop presentations that, as my Grandma would say, 'Like ta killed me'. We had some AMAZING fun doing taste demonstrations for three days, and I know some of you do protein shakes so you can appreciate how hilarious last night was. We made IsaLean shakes in 6 different flavor combinations for an entire room full of assisted living residents, along with about 15 people already on the products. I think we served about 50 total. 3 blenders, 5 "runners", and racing back to the sink to rinse between flavors. I had on shoes that only LOOK good. Today I see the angry red blisters. But I told the Betties (Betties are people 80+) my secret about my feet hurting and they loved it. I said "I'm going to keep smiling but YOU will know!" I love Betties. Got lots of hugs and smiles. Betties generally like hugs, and since I like to hug, we get along famously. They want me to come back, and of course I will.

So I'm proud that we pulled it off, but boy howdee I'm spent. I managed to pick up a little respiratory bug and it's trying to get the best of me but I won't let it.
