Today, I was at the grocery store and while I was reading a label, this really good looking guy came and parked his basket next to mine with very little room to get through.  So the fat girl inside of me is saying, now we are going to be embarrassed right here in front of Mr. Gawgus cuz no way we can fit through there.  So I decided to go as far as I could and then turn sideways.  Guess what?  I fit through going straight forward!!!   Football 7 Hot Damn!

So I'm proud that my hips ain't what they used to be,

Why thank you ma'am. Blushy 2   My body dysmorphia issues are slowly getting better, and I'm starting to realize that I'm not as big as I think I am.  It's amazing to me that I could lose 129 pounds and yet it took forever to register in my brain that I'm actually physically smaller . Hmm Makes no sense, huh?

Uh oh, I think there is something wrong with my mind...somebody call Dr. Phil!!!  I am getting better since I had the plastic surgery, but before then I didn't see a change at all.  My mind got stuck around 260.  Apparently, my thinker was stinker.  WAS?

My proud today? I got a lot done with very little whining and *****ing at work.

I am not so proud of my too big supper tonight.  Onward & upward. I went too long between meals today.

I feel you girl, I'm famous for going too long between meals...and not drinking all of my water, and hating exercise, and not liking vegetables.  I hope you get it that I'm trying to make you feel better about just being off for one day.  And the way you workout, you'll burn that one meal off in like ten minutes.

Hey Neecee, I'm curious, who did very little whining and *****ing at work...you or your coworkers? LOL

I made smart choices with food today.   I actually got off my butt and got some things done today.  I've been sick for so long that I've literally not done more than walk from one room to the next, or from the bed to the car to the doctor that it almost felt foreign to get up and take care of some business!

I weighed today and I'm glad that I was only up .06 pound from last week, since most of my week was still on my no fiber diet.   I started slowly adding things back in this week (and my intestines are screaming.. not used to it again).  Next week life should be pretty damn close to normal!

Well, that was weird.  I got an e-mail notice and came over here to answer you and you had no face!  And then I left and came back, and you have a NEW face.  You sure are moving pretty fast for a former sicko. Sick In Bed 

I'm impressed that you only gained .06 lbs. with all of that inactivity.  Beats the hell out of my record.  I can sit still for two minutes and gain a pound.  Well, that's how it feels!

I hope normal gets here soon,
