What did you eat today? 10/22
I'm gonna try to remember yesterday
1 egg yolk
chicken leg
and I rolled up turkey and cheese a few times throughout the night... also had a ham/salami/provolone roll up with mayo
5 bottles of water
1 hour in the gym
cw..220 who cares anymore.. I feel like a hamster in a wheel.. LOL runnin' and runnin' and not gettin' anywhere! lol
I did not have a great food day. I've certainly had worse.
dandelion greens/kale in water with 1.5 scoops Isalean + 2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 protein bar, 2 squares dark chocolate
L: high protein oatmeal, two bites of a berry pie I made
nothing all afternoon.....which is why I ate at home at like 5:45:
1-2 servings avocado chips + an amazing amount of fresh salsa that DH was making. He had a cold beer sitting there, which I drank.
Mind you all, I had my running shoes on, but skipped my after-work walk to eat/drink all this. That is NOT like me, but there i was.
Supper: 2 soft chicken tacos with 1/2 beer. Little bit refried on it, cheese.
I was way too full at bedtime. Kind of fell asleep disgusted with myself. I will not do that again soon. i made myself lay there and feel how bloated i feel.

Knowin' you.. you'll wog off every last little extra calorie you MAY have had. With all your exercise, I woudln't be surprised if you have some serious deficit stored up ready to handle the ocassional off day!
I must say though.. if that berry pie was in front of me, I don't think I would have stopped at two bites... so give yourself some serious snaps here!! LOL
