Lunch (Banquet Meal)
Small barbeque chicken patty
1/3 cup mashed potatoes
1/3 cup cooked corn
1 pear
2 cups water

Dinner
2 thighs leftover "Strawberry" Chicken
1 cup whole grain pasta
1/2 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups light soy milk
3 scoops sugar-free, low fat Moose Tracks ice cream
