L: 3 cheese sticks (1.5)
   1 serving of broccoli/carrots (5 carbs)
D: Buffalo Wings (3 carbs)
S: 1 oz Almonds (4 carbs)


Carbs: 14.5

Coffee w/ nonfat milk
2 scrambled eggs w/ turkey sausage
Diet orange soda
Lettuce/ turkey wraps- NO tortilla I use the lettuce to wrap the turkey/ tomatoes/cheese
no sugar apple sauce

L:  apple, almond butter, and homemade latte...7 pts

D:  chef salad with watermelon...9.5 pts

Still have 11.5 points left.  Not sure if I'm gonna worry about it.
