B: Coffee w/cream
S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: 3 cubes of chicken
    1 serving of broccoli/carrots (5 carbs)
D: 2 cups Veggies (10 carbs)
S:  1 oz Macadamia nuts (2 carbs)

Carbs: 18

*I pigged out on veggies today - no clue why.

I also weighed in at 277.4.  Yay me!!

my GAWD, neen, you are making progress! Do you take measurements too?  i wanted to ask Lori this too.  We real wimmins sometimes will not see scale movement, but it's getting all tight.

My food day:  Thought I would shake it up a bit!

hi fiber oatmeal + 1/2 c berries + 2 ezeke breads w/butter.  Yes, I was hungry!

L:  1 healthy choice steamer thing, mostly pasta & veggies - 290 cals, 31 g carbs

Snack:  I bought some coconut oil - I took 2 tsp. I am going to try this lauric acid thing out. I am looking to kill any excess yeats in  my gut. I have wondered for a while if i might have candida.

Supper:  pizza + salad

just a bit of exercise, stretches mostly, ball crunching - sore and tired as hell from my 3 hr bike ride yesterday and too much dancing. My hips are cracking.

I'm not taking measurements, no.  I wish I did when I started. 

I just realized that when I reach my Thanksgiving Day Goal of 274, I'll be half way "done".  I'll only have another 124 pounds to go before I hit goal.  Chances are, I'll want to lower my goal when I get to 150, but for now, 150 is my goal.  But I'll definitely start to feel a "relief" when I'm over the top of the hill and on my way down with less than half of my weight to go.  At that point, I'll have 124 pounds under my belt, and I'll know that I CAN lose 124 pounds because I've done it before, you know?  I can't wait to reach 3 more pounds from where I am.  It's a tiny goal but it means a lot!

Didn't your surgeon take the measurements? I'd call and ask.  And take some now ayways...gotta have a baseline now. Things will start to get very exctiting here soon - you should be dropping sizes like nuttin!

1 serving almonds
1pc thin roast (maybe 1-2oz), 1/4c brown gravy, 1/2c mashed potatoes, 1tbsp corn
8 now and laters
2 fresco crunchy tacos, 1/2 32oz baja blast soda, 1/2c fiesta potatoes (taco bell)
1chicken patty (baked), 1/2c mixed veggies, 1tbsp asparagus, 1/2c tropical fruit
2 cookies

Exercise: 3/4 mile walking at work

Beth, I just looked at your ticker.  One more pound and you are more than halfway to your goal.  Let us know when we all get to do the happy dance and celebrate with you.  I can't wait for the party! Raise The Roof
