L: 1/2 Oh Yeah! Wafer bar (3 carbs)
S: 1/2 cup broccoli in low fat cheese sauce (Green Giant)(4 carbs)
     2 one inch cubes of chicken breast
D: Chicken & Broccoli, but I threw it all up...
S: 1 oz almonds (4 carbs)

Carbs: 12

L: nothing
D: baked chicken thighs skin on with 2 cups  green beans 400 cals
S: sf cheese cake pudding  80 cals

1 pc swiss cheese
1 chicken breast, no skin or crust
3 chips
1.5 meat and cheese sticks
1oz cashews
1/2 dbl bacon cheese w/ 2 pickle slices, 1 slice tomato, little ketchup, little mustard
4 fried mushrooms
1/2 small order fries w/ little ketchup
1 bottle coors light
2-3 in cookies (oatmeal and choc chip)
2 now and laters
2 cups hot chocolate

neen, sick?  hope this is a passing thing!

My day:

1 egg + 1/4 c cottage cheese + fontina cheese, 1/2 oz + 1 sm tomato + 1 med zuke + onion sauteed together

3 hour long slow bike ride

apple cider + chicken salad on 2 slices ezeke bread w/ large tomato

Supper:  1/2 c basmati rice + chicken veggie casserole (broccoli/ionions/carrots/celery/mushrooms)

big piece choc zucini cake with 1 c nf milk
