I don't see the point in posting if you don't want advice or feedback or want to get to know others with similar life experiences. But, to each his own. Now you've told everyone that and I'll not respond or read your posts anymore.
I HAVE conquered weight loss and I am NOT FAT.
I HAVE conquered weight loss and I am NOT FAT.
Thank-You...leave me alone.
It appears that you have conquered the results of obesity only Physically.
If I don't respond further to you or your little controling clique, it's because I don't want your advice or comment or find what you all are writing to be worth any effort. I am not interested in being controlled, I don't care how much weight you have lost, you are still FAT/Obese, emotionally. Soem of you still need a CRUTCH!

Be Well, Live Well
I Am Most Excellent - Affirmed Only Of GOD.
I wish for You, what I pray for Myself: Wellness, Happiness and Success In ALL Things Good!
I know for Sure I Control: My Attitude and Effort, My Health and Happiness.
MY OPINION is that you have a definite chip on your shoulder and your weight loss struggle has made you a mean spirited, cynical person. Mary never forced her opinions on you. She merely tried to understand your plan. Her post could have simply been answered, "It's what works for me." and moved on.
As far as us controlling each other, never have we controlled what anyone else has done because we truly believe we each do what works for us but that does not stop our curiosity because who knows, someone else may just have the key we've been looking for and the again maybe not but we can't possibly know unless we ask.
ValueMe, I'm glad that you have a plan that works for you and that you don't let anyone or anything stand in your way. That is a great stance to have but please don't belittle us for having done the same. We find support and experience sharing helpful NOT hindering. There are times when this group is what kept me going and gotten me over a hurdle because no one around me in real life knows my struggle first hand. I applaud you for being so independent that you do not need us. That takes great strength.
I wish you well.
Beth

Wow.
That was interesting. You just never know what will set someone off.
Well, the tag today was "& How Do You Feel About It"? I guess this was a statement that didn't really expect a reply.
Lately I've noticed something as I've taken in more whey protein, and it's kinda weird so I ran it by a woman who's a little older than me (Hard to believe she can still hear) and has been on these shakes longer. I've noticed that the constant abdominal discomfort I was having which I was pretty sure came about as a result of my hysterectomy 3 years ago, has vanished. I've bumped it up to two and sometimes three shakes, and it hadn't occurred to me that this was happening until I went - whoa - I don't hurt. From all I've read about undenatured whey it makes sense.
Way to keep your cool, girls. I think you are all very accepting and kind, for what it's worth. When you go on a forum and post something, generally you're looking for feedback.
HEY GUESS WHAT! Today a miracle happened. In just over an hour all my gray hair disappeared. The magician's name was Lisa, and the color is natural. It said so on the bottle.
What did I eat today?
Breakfast was a vanilla IsaLean shake with extra fiber and protein and Isagenix greens. I'm kinda addicted to the greens.
I got caught out and about with no food so I had to grab lunch. I was at Target, of all places. They actually had halfway healthy sandwiches on whole wheat, that were $2.55 and had less than 300 calories. Saved.
Dinner was the same as breakfast, for the reason I already mentioned.
Then DH arrives carrying a box tied up in string. A customer from our appliance store was appreciative of my help, so she sent me a little vegan cake. Yeah, I did have a slice. It was interesting. Kinda good.
Goodnight ladies - you guys are all really awesome. Well, all you awesome ones know who you are!!!
