Abstinence? - 187th Day

Didn't do so well today.  I found that Lean Cuisine isn't nearly as satisfying as Penny's frozen meals.*

Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup raisin bran
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch*
Lean Cuisine Sweet 'N Sour Chicken with rice & veggies & very few pieces of chicken
Michelina's Sweet 'N Sour Chicken with rice, veggies & very pieces of chicken
4 slices whole wheat bread
1 nectarine
2 cups water

Dinner
1 cup leftover Classic Beef Stroganoff
1 cup whole grain noodles
1/2 can vegetable soup
1/4 cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups light soy milk
1 sugar-free, low fat Slim A Bear ice cream bar

Tomorrow I will have one of Penny's frozen breakfast meals at lunch time, so I won't binge again.  For next week, I'll buy Stouffer's regular frozen meals, which should be more satisfying than Lean Cuisine.

I have to ask.  When you have "screw up" days like today, why do you still title your daily menu as "Abstinence, day XYZ".  Isn't screwing up BREAKING the abstinence and don't you have to start over at Day 1 when you get back on the wagon? 

I'm curious because I know nothing about OA.

I do not consider what happened at lunchtime to be completely breaking my abstinence.  I consider it a slip, because I had an abstinent dinner meal that night, so my abstinence continued.  Only if I have a whole day or more of compulsive overeating would I completely start over.
