S: 2 cheese sticks (1 carb)
L: 1 cup sausage and peppers (3 carbs)
D: Buffalo wings w/blue cheese (5 carbs)
S: 1 oz almonds (4 carbs)

I feel really good about what i ate today. Except for one slip i did good so  far.

Breakfast: 2 eggs and i cup of cottage cheese
Lunch: 2 pork chops with 1 1/2 cup of broccolli
Snack: 2 teaspoons of icecream
Dinner: Boiled Chicken 2 cups of cucumbers
I'm gonna figure the total up on the carbs on fitday.com to see how many carbs i've had so far.

(used egg beaters and Pam Spray)
Sugar Free Syrup (1/4 cup)    35 cal
Coffee
Necturine                            70 cal
Spaghetti (3 oz Dry)            300 cal
Sauce (homemade, no sugar)100 cal

Total                                  745 cal

Today:
b.  2 eggs (yolks only)
2 thin slices of bacon

L.  2 eggs (yolks only)
2 thin slice of bacon

s.  1.5 ounces of cheddar

dinner.. well.. I had some company this afternoon and we coffee'd and were bs'ing our brains out and I forgot...  I'll grab some eggs or something before bed.  It's almost 8 now and I'm a little wired yet.

1.5c mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans - unsalted)
1/2c cottage cheese
serving chicken lunch meat
1 slice swiss cheese
