What did you eat today? 10/14
I feel really good about what i ate today. Except for one slip i did good so far.
Breakfast: 2 eggs and i cup of cottage cheese
Lunch: 2 pork chops with 1 1/2 cup of broccolli
Snack: 2 teaspoons of icecream
Dinner: Boiled Chicken 2 cups of cucumbers
I'm gonna figure the total up on the carbs on fitday.com to see how many carbs i've had so far.

s. 1.5 ounces of cheddar
dinner.. well.. I had some company this afternoon and we coffee'd and were bs'ing our brains out and I forgot... I'll grab some eggs or something before bed. It's almost 8 now and I'm a little wired yet.
