What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?

I'm proud today that I made it through the weekend.  We laid down the floor in the kitchen and hallway...I worked like a MAN!  My arms feel like rocks.  The problem is...I ATE like a man.  Uh oh!  And I was drinking their Gaterade like it wasn't going to affect the scale.  Wrong.   Shock 5 Don't tell anyone but I gained four pounds.  Yikes!  And I don't even want to talk about what I ate at the Olive Garden for lunch when I went shopping all day with my Sis.  So tomorrow is Atkins Induction Day, this weight can't be allowed to stick around. 

I hope ya'll have a lot to be proud of!

I'm proud that although I had LOADS of temptation today, I stuck to my diet.  Everyday I have this task and so far, so good.  My weight went up 2 pounds this morning, but it is that TOM.  Yay Aunt Flo...

Thanks Sweetie, I need all of the good wishes I can get.  And tomorrow, I'm going to make some hot wings.  Everytime I read what you ate, you ate hot wings and I get jealous!  All of these years on Atkins and I gave those up...who knew I could make my own?  Thanks to Beth for the recipe. 

Girl, you just keep getting stronger and stronger at thumbing your nose at temptation...I'm so proud of you!  I know I feel like crap after eating crap all weekend, I can't wait to go back to eating healthy.  Uh huh, we definitely got it goin' ON!

So I saw you have a recipe for Hot wings that is Atkins approved. I am on South Beach, so hoping it would be ok for that diet to. Any chance you can share the recipe with me, I would really appriciate it, Hot Wings are one of my favorite food.

OMG...Hot wings are the Bomb!  This is how I made mine.  Bake the chicken wings in the oven until almost done then dip them a mixture of melted butter and cayenne pepper.  Bake until mixture is ooey gooey and ready to stick all over your fingers.  That's some good eatin' right there!

I must be tired. I read "We laid down the floor in the kitchen and hallway...I worked like a MAN!" and thought it said "we laid down on the floor..."  ANYWAY... Congrats to Janina for being a champion and to Mary for being determined ot have a great tomorrow. Today I was proud, only for a moment, that I worked up the courage to put flyers out in Tacoma regarding a nutrition for life educational meeting my health coach is doing. I was proud until the flashing lights alerted me to the officer who rained on my parade. Here I worked myself into a frenzy to overcome the fear of placing flyers, and he shut me down. So I went to grocery stores and got permission to post. *sigh* I'm proud that I didn't just drive home pouting.

I got half my ass back on the wagon! lol I did good until this evening.

I got my laundry and some housework done.

I only have three days work this week. Today is a paid holiday. YIPPEE!!!!

Dang, that has GOT to hurt...riding that wagon with only half ya A$$ on the damn thing!  Evening is always my worse time, too.  Eat a pickle, it's negative calories. Cool

Yep Mar... back to induction.  I doubt you ate enough to gain 4 whole lbs but you're probably seeing a fluid up from the rush of carbs.  A couple of days on induction will probably offer a nice diuretic effect and woo**** all outta ya.

Your proud is WONDERFUL, so forgive the indiscretion as you're admiring the floor!

My diet is... eh.  I've been eating more than usual the past couple of days and took yesterday completely off the gym to try to recoup the limbs.  I'm gonna try going back into a fat fast.  I saw some random 206 and change on the scale, but it upped the very next day.  I don't even know what it is today.. afraid to get on the scale after my mowfest yesterday.
