Recycling
I post about once very three months that I am digging in again and i usually do but to say the least, it is annoying to me. These last couple of months have sucked big time. I mean I started a new job and just didn't realize how stressful it would be on me. I started out eating decent then I fizzled BADLY! I am sooooo tired all of the time. I don't even want to do anything but go to bed when I get home at night. So once again, I am going to recycle and start over with a new resolve. I'm hoping that if I write it here, it will be so and I will actually follow thru.
1) I will get back on my meal plan.
2) I will exercise more.
3) I will do exercise more regularly.
4) I will resist temptation.
5) I will eat smaller portions.
6) I will make healthier choices when eating out.
7) I will lose 20 pounds by the first of the year.
8) I will not let others drag me down.
9) I will fit into my smaller jeans comfortably.
10) I will do all these things with the help and support of my friends here on OH.
Thank you all for keeping me so accountable but never ridiculing or dogging me when I have fallen so blatantly "off the wagon". You have all been so instrumental in me "doing the do" for so long. Thank you for being there.

I could see you feeling the pinch of the stress.. but I know you needed time to adjust. I think once you get back on plan, your energy level WILL increase also.
One day at a time, kiddo... one hour... even one minute if that's what it's gotta be!

I have fallen off the wagon lately too....just seem to be maintaining within a 5lb range (but unfortunately that 5lb is about 10lb higher than my all time low I hit a couple of months ago). I've been away too much and leaving again next week for a couple more weeks. Gonna try to really watch my choices and portion size while away and get back to basics here Nov 1 when I return.
We'll do this!!

I'd say it would be good to print this and put it up places where you can see it daily, often. Bathroom mirror, kitchen, car. Say it with power, girlfriend! Go get it. Remember that Mom always knows best. ;-)
